Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

During busy periods or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the products ordered.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).


Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience in such cases.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment and shipping partners and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This can happen when products are produced at different fulfillment centers or shipped from different locations.
