Return & Refund Policy
Returns
As all products are made to order especially for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Wrong size
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Personal preference
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
After verification with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that are not collected and are returned by the shipping carrier can be reshipped upon request.
Any additional shipping costs for resending the order are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized Products
Since all products are printed individually on demand, they are considered personalized goods.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
EU Customers
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
As all products sold by deadlift.serious are produced individually after an order is placed, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
